Claiming

Claiming a Loot is a short gated flow: prove you qualify, receive a voucher, and claim on-chain.

  1. Open the link and sign in. Use the built-in wallet or link your own; no extension is required.
  2. Check the Gates. The Loot page shows what you need to do. Pass each Gate: follow on X, complete an X task, join a group, request access, or whatever the creator configured.
  3. Get your voucher. Once every Gate has passed, Gatoll’s verifier issues a signed voucher for your wallet. For a Custom Loot, it includes your exact allocation; for Random and Equal, the amount is computed on-chain at claim time.
  4. Claim. On a standard Loot, you submit the claim yourself and pay network gas. On a gas-free Loot, Gatoll’s relayer submits the transaction for you — you keep the full reward and do not need gas in your wallet, a connected wallet session, or a chain switch. If relay seats run out, the app falls back to self-pay.

When a creator enables gas-free claims and sponsors seats with a native-coin deposit, the platform relayer pays gas and submits claim on your behalf. Rewards still go only to the wallet bound in the verifier’s EIP-712 voucher — the relayer cannot redirect funds. Ownership of that wallet was already proven when you linked it with SIWE.

Gas-free is optional per Loot. Look for the Gas free badge and remaining relay seats on the Loot page.

By default, each wallet can claim a Loot once. Passing the Gates qualifies you for a single claim; one qualification cannot become multiple payouts.

It depends on the play style:

  • Random — a luck-based amount revealed when you claim.
  • Equal — the same share as every other qualified claimer.
  • Custom — exactly what the creator assigned to your wallet.
  • The reward is real and escrowed. From the moment a Loot is funded, its rewards sit in a smart contract; a successful claim transfers your share directly to your wallet.
  • Your voucher is yours alone. It is bound to your wallet, one Loot, and a single use. Nobody else can use it, and it cannot be reused.
  • Timing matters. You can claim while the Loot is Active. Once it ends because the window closed, seats filled, or the balance ran out, claiming stops.
